Over the course of my career I’ve worked in the non-profit, education, and technology sectors. I’ve been a career coach, instructor, fundraiser, business development professional, and product leader. The constant thread woven throughout my journey has always been people leadership, strategy, and human-centered design. I’m passionate about creating a positive impact in the world by helping people (customers, teams, and organizations) discover and reach their potential. I love to learn what motivates and inspires people -- to bring people together around a common purpose to solve meaningful problems.
