Amy Hedrick has a rich career history, having held significant roles at Autodesk, Intuit, and Kelley Blue Book. At Kelley Blue Book, she established design thinking as a core discipline and built design and research teams from scratch. At Intuit, she further advanced design thinking programs, improving their outcomes. Most recently as a Design Executive for Autodesk she provided strategic direction for a multi-million-dollar internal innovation program supporting more than 3,000 human-centered design practitioners, facilitators, and instructors in support of Autodesk’s ongoing commitment to customer-led innovation. Currently, Amy is a Fractional Design Executive providing strategic guidance and fractional design leadership to organizations interested in leveraging customer-led innovation to transform their products and services to delight customers and drive high-value revenue growth.
